For over a decade, Ryan LeCompte has helped college students achieve success in a variety of subjects, with a focus in college level math. In his own experience, the “one size fits all” classroom did not work well for Ryan, as his struggle with dyslexia and ADHD hindered his ability to thrive as a student. The help he received at a learning center was instrumental in his success in education.

Ryan knows that asking for help can be difficult, especially when everyone else seems to understand the material easily. By focusing on how the individual student learns, he is able to translate subjects like math into each student’s own learning language, and his background in learning disabilities helps him relate and adapt material to each student's unique needs.

The staff at Ryan’s Learning Lab believes that learning should be personalized, fun, and shared with people who care. Their goal is to create a safe place for students to mess up and learn from their mistakes and receive the one-on-one help they need to succeed.
